Upcoming Fall Events

Fall is in the air and here are some updates on the youth fall activities. 

Sunday, September 25 at 4:30 pm Sign Art Team practice and 7:15 pm Worship Team practice
Monday, September 26 at 3:15-5:30 High School Bible Study at the Crapos
Wednesday, September 28, 7:30 am See You At the Pole at MCHS (pole by the bus drop off), NMMS, and GCHS, as well as the Middle College's WKCTC campus.
Monday, October 3 at 3:15-5:30 High School Bible Study at the Crapos
Monday, October 10, after school depart for the Memphis Christian College fair (all sophomores through seniors are especially invited). 
October 15 (all day) Rooted Conference at Trace Creek Baptist Church
October 31 5:00 pm to 8:00 ish pm Trunk or Treat (candy donation is available in the Ministry Center).

Parent info: if you are swamped in a fast-paced fall calendar, let us know how we can minister and pray your teenager and family.  Many of our youth volunteers are attending football games, soccer games, band competitions, and concerts.  Be sure and let us know your events and we would love to come and cheer you on.  Please pray for our Wednesday night gatherings as many new students are attending and participating, looking for a solid group in which they can find true friends and a living God.  Also pray for our small group time on Sunday night that we can direct our students in a deeper understanding of God's word, Christian community, and the profound call to justice and righteousness.  Many of our seniors have leadership responsibilities in the small groups and need prayer as they encounter the opposition described in Ephesians 6.
